Cart Personalized and custom signs
Signs made to your specifications — custom text, names, dates, car designs, logos, custom sizes or colours — are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. For customers in the EU and UK, personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Ready-made designs
Catalogue designs that were not personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The sign must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the sign, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged on arrival
If your sign arrives damaged, email support@neonliva.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the sign and the packaging. We will remake and reship it at no cost, or give you a full refund if you prefer.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
