Every sign is handmade in our workshop after you order. Production takes 1–3 business days. For personalized signs, production starts after you approve your design preview.

We ship from Bursa, Türkiye, with UPS and tracking.

Shipping is free on all orders.
Duties and taxes
For orders to the United States and the European Union, import duties and taxes are included in the price. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.
For orders to Canada, import duties and taxes are not included in the price. The carrier collects them from you on delivery.
For orders to other countries, import duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
Power adapter
Your adapter is made for your country's plug and ships separately from a partner in your country, so it arrives in its own package. If it has not arrived within 3 business days of your sign, email support@neonliva.com.
Holiday deadline
To receive your sign before Christmas in the United States, order by December 20.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your sign ships. You can also follow your order on Track your order.
